SAME MOBILITY AS ABOVE WITH THE EXCEPTION OF AN INDIVIDUALIZED CONTRACT BETWEEN THE RESIDENT AND TCCPC. FINAL APPROVAL MIST BE GIVEN BY THE PROGRAM DIRECTOR OR ADMINISTRATIVE CASE MANAGER.

In order to apply for a Phase, you must have accumulated the specified amount of points and community service posted by Tuesday 1:00 p.m. In order to keep your Phase once you obtained it, you must maintain a weekly total of 150 points. If you lose your Phase because of points, you will have to wait until the next week you obtain 150 points, then your Phase will be reinstated.
ALL PASSES ARE BASED ON THE CALENDAR WEEK BEGINNING MONDAY THROUGH SUNDAY.
PHASE II: As Outlined Above
PHASE III: (1) 2.5 Hour Community Pass Saturday or Sunday
PHASE IV: (1) 2.5 Hour Community Pass Saturday and (1) 2.5 Hour Community Pass Sunday
ALL EXTRA 2.5 HOUR COMMUNITY PASSES MUST BE APPROVED BY EITHER THE CHIEF OF SECURITY OR
A CASE MANAGER
MUST HAVE PROBATION AGENT APPROVAL
